Feather & Flame is rooted in Mexico, inspired by and created with two ancient drinks celebrated by in the Aztecculture as drinks of the gods – Pulque (‘POOL-kay’) and Xocolatl (pronounced ‘sho-KO-la-tuhl’) (chili chocolate). Nose: Caramel, dark chocolate and orange zest
Palate: Bright citrus leads the way, balanced by soft oak and cocoa with a subtle earthy spice in the background
