The 4th Edition, crafted from Fritz barley (NZ-151) developed in partnership with Washington State University, is a testament to terroir and meticulous grain selection. Aged for a minimum of 71 months, this expression is matured in a combination of carefully chosen cask types, emphasizing barley’s direct impact on flavor. The use of Belgian brewer’s yeast further enhances its ester-driven complexity, creating a layered, fruit-forward, and herbaceous whiskey.
