Wathen’s Single Barrel Bourbon is an award-winning Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged for eight years in new, charred American white oak barrels and bottled at barrel-proof strength. It has a deep, amber color, a nutty nose and a medium-bodied palate with a smooth, sweet finish. The flavor profile consists of notes of caramel, toffee, vanilla, oak, and spices. It is a limited-edition whiskey, and only a handful of barrels are bottled each year.
