This wine is made of 100%Škrlet from Moslavina, Croatia.Organic, sustainably produced and aged in stainless steel. This wine is for those hot sunny days at the beach, pool, or the porch. Exploding aromatics and vibrant flavors of green apple, pear and yellow peach that are tied together by a nice texture, due to the wine aging on its lees. We would pair this with our favorite sushi rolls, only suggestion is go for something spicy. If you’re not feeling a full meal on that hot day, pair it with strawberry ice cream instead!
