Description
A fairly mute nose at first, that opened into flowers, honey, cream, and meyer lemon, pear, nectarine, and riper orchard fruit than the Falanghina. The palate is creamy from lees ageing, and has a kind of Rhône-Esque refined beeswax on the finish, which reveals the minerals.
Medium acidity, complex aroma, long aftertaste. Honey, peach, citrus, green apple, lemon, minerals, stone, lime zest, grass, oil, butter, beeswax.
