Description
100% Chardonnay from Tonnerre, a larger city in the northwest of Burgundy, just about 17 kilometers from Chablis. The vines average around 30 years of age and are grown to clay-limestone, the classic terroir of the region. Vinification takes place in stainless steel to preserve its primary fruit flavor and freshness. Pair this with grilled salmon tacos with a pineapple mango slaw.
