Description
Opens with aromas of stone fruit, melon, and subtle minerality. The palate offers beautiful complexity with mouth-filling tropical pineapple, passion fruit, and juicy mango flavors. A fresh, bright citrus undertone carries through to a crisp and well-balanced finish.
This wine underwent a long, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 50% of the blend was aged without lees contact while the other half was on the lees for 3 months and stirred twice per week.
