Description
This limited-edition “Baby Batch” Pinot Noir from The Vice was hand-harvested by founder Malek Amrani. Fermented in a small bin and aged in 30-gallon French oak barrels for 9 months, it was exclusively bottled in a 375 ml “baby” bottle. A true micro-lot wine crafted with care and precision.
The fruit was sourced from Torie’s Vineyard, one of the most northeastern sites in Carneros, nestled against the Mount Veeder foothills. Its bowl-shaped topography creates the ideal microclimate for ripening Pinot Noir with depth and character.

Pairs beautifully with duck breast, mushroom risotto, or grilled salmon.
