Description
Starlight Distillery’s Toasted Barrel Bourbon is comprised of Starlight’s signature three and four grain bourbon mash bills. After a minimum of four years aging in new oak barrels, this small batch blend was transferred to new, freshly toasted oak barrels for additional aging. This process provides soft toasted oak notes, enhanced vanilla, and mellowed rye spice.
