The Uncommon Distillery in Cheltenham uses a base of rum imported from Colombia to create this flavourful pour. Matured in bourbon barrels for three years, the rum is then infused with vanilla and smoked Cotswolds honey for a silky profile that ought to work a treat mixed with cola, or shaken up in tropical cocktails.
