The VSOP is a tasty expression which is matured for three years in re-charred Bourbon barrels. Following this, it is finished in lightly toasted virgin American oak barrels for another year before it is bottled.

Nose: Well-smoked and peated, heather freshness and floral notes with a honeyed sweetness and a little wood.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
