Beginning their brewing journey in 2005, the fairly young yet growing in popularity line of New Holland Artisan Spirits from New Holland Brewing Company (NHBC) offers up beautifully malty selections of beers and spirits highlighting distinctively Americana vibes. NHAS Beer Barrel bourbon whisky is aged for an undetermined number of years in American oak barrels and then finished in NHAS’ unique Dragon’s Milk barrels for 3 months. The nose offers up sweet notes of carnival candy and caramel along with hits of banana crushed over aged oak.
