From the producer:The Flesh and Bone Cidre Perlant is a soft textured sparkling expression of the love affair between apples and grapes in Vermont. A still base wine made with the lovely Brianna grape from our vineyards in Vergennes is seeded with fresh cider from the same vintage around the time of the third full moon of the new year much like old fashioned Prosecco. Unfiltered and very velvety, fruity and minerally, we love this….well, with just about everything. No added sulfites.
