JM Millesime 2008 15 Year Old | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: “First under the charm of delicate notes of fruit in the brandy, we succumb to the combined alliance of vanilla, cocoa and mocha.”
Palate: “We are seduced by roasted coffee flavors, complemented by gourmet notes of toast on a woody background. At the end, you can detect a thin tip of tobacco.”
Finish: “A finish that reinforces roasted, woody and jammy notes.”
Distillery Information
Around 1790, Antoine Leroux-Préville bought a plot of land of 164 hectares and built a sugar factory there, which he named “Fonds-Préville”. In 1845, Jean-Marie Martin bought the former sugar factory and converted it into a Rum distillery. The Rums produced there bear his initials.
