A single-cask rum is not something you see very often and this one was aged all over, starting with three years in Guatemala before it was shipped to the Netherlands in 2015, and then again into an ex-Scotch whisky cask in the UK in November 2016.

Nose: Buttery pastries, overripe banana, honey aromas.
Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth.
Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
