It’s meticulously concocted by blending light-to-medium-bodied rums, with some aged for merely a year, others as long as eight years. The blend is then filtered through activated charcoal to remove color and impurities while maintaining its intricate character. A limited offering from the Bacardi Family Rum Reserves, Neo carries floral overtones reminiscent of orchids and vanilla, paired with a hint of almond.
