Description
This wine is made from 100% Gewürztraminer from Alto Adige. The sustainably farmed vineyards are southeast facing at a very high altitude, contributing a balance of fruit and acidity to the already spicy and aromatic Gewürz. It is aged on its fine lees for 3 months to contribute well-deserved texture. It has notes of lychee, clove, and golden apple on the palate. Pair it with a duck curry, or virtually any Szechuan dish!
