Copalli Aged Rum Barrel Rested Rum Single Estate embodies the essence of sustainable craftsmanship and authentic flavor. Produced at the Copal Tree Distillery in Belize, this rum is crafted from just three ingredients: fresh-pressed juice from locally grown, organic sugar cane, yeast, and rainwater. Distilled in both column and pot stills, the rum is then aged for about six months in ex-bourbon barrels and fresh American oak barrels. The unique rainforest climate of Belize imparts distinctive characteristics to this rum, resulting in a rich, sweet spirit free of added flavors, colors, or additives.
