Septima Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful red wine from the esteemed Uco Valley of Argentina. Hand harvested in the cool morning hours, the fruit is crushed and placed in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged six months in American oak barrels, the result being a complex wine with spicy notes.
Septima Cabernet Sauvignon is round with red fruits and powerful, sweet tannins from the red peppers. The wine is well structured with a great aftertaste and nice finish.
