Description
Dark ruby red. Intense, concentrated and fruity. Black cherry, elder and blueberry. Powerful wine with a tart finish. Still young with good potential.
With Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah in the mix, there’s a barnyard nose and then it’s dark, earthy, inky, full of red and black fruit aromas, sweet spices, licorice, cocoa, and dried fruits. An aside: Sant Gall is patron saint of the beautiful Mallorcan hamlet the winery’s named after.
