Description
This Special Reserve Chardonnay is a four-year-old Israeli Chardonnay with a rich golden color. It has a mature bouquet of dried pineapple and apricot. It’s taste is reminiscent of lemon and goosberries and is consistently acidic from the mid palate through the finish that is smooth and round.
The grapes for this Special Reserve Chardonnay were grown in the Jerusalem Hills region on rocky soil with cool night time temperatures. The wine was aged in oak for 6 months until the fruit flavors were integrated with the oak aromas, resulting in a rich, harmonious, and elegant wine.
