Description
The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Steierische Klassik is clear, fresh and spicy/herbal on the bright, aromatic, vegetal (but not green) nose that is full of seeds and sweet herbs. Highly seductive! Lush, piquant and salty on the palate, this is a gorgeous Klassik: very fresh and firm, with rather coolish, Styrian fruit and stimulating phenolic grip in the finish. Just excellent!
Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with cheese, green vegetables, oysters, and fish.
