A Secret Speyside Distillery 12 Year Old 2011 Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet, zesty orange peels, buttery flapjack and shortbread lead to yeasty sourdough, Malted Milk biscuits, a touch of dried raspberry and white chocolate.
Palate: Silky soft with layers of vanilla cream with peaches, buttery barley, crumbly fudge, and stewed stone fruits. Warm, runny toffee and toasted oak join a touch of pepper in time.
Finish: Caramel, vanilla, and oaken spices linger alongside vibrant malt, marzipan, poached plums, and sponge cake.
