From France’s A. Roborel De Climens Distillery, this splendid single malt is produced from French malted barley and matured in a selection of first and second fill French oak barrels. Following this initial maturation, the whisky is transferred to casks that previously held Sauvignon Blanc from the Clos Floridène winery, imparting a wealth of fresh floral character from the dry white wine.

Nose: Elegant notes of crisp zest and fruity floral character mingle with sweet oak and crushed almonds.
Palate: Light, juicy fruit notes with peaches, pear, and white grapes, alongside richer, dried fruit and soft spice.
Finish: Sultanas, a touch of chamomile, delicate barley, and oaken vanilla.
